Amongst the team members are:
Julie Brophy (Managing Director) is an Occupational Psychologist
with over 12 years experience in the fields of 'Customer Insight' and 'Organisational redesign'
across all industry sectors. Her projects have also seen her working in many different cultures
including UK, Germany, India, US.
Rachel Hazell-Roux is film-maker and editor with over 14 years experience. She is bilingual with experience of working for French and English companies. Rachel has worked in Tourism and Leisure, Hotels, Local councils, FMCG, Supermarkets and Media. Much of her filming has been in naturalistic research situations for consumer documentaries, ethnographic research and staff training programmes.
Neill Hope is an award winning designer, working in such diverse areas as ice cream to malt whisky to cosmetics. He has over 18 years experience in design & project management and has worked in the USA, China & Europe.
Ruth Sapsed is an Occupational Psychologist. She has worked on numerous projects with organisations to identify and enable the development of creative practices. She has also worked on a range of customer insight projects across the education, industrial and technology sectors.
